These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Color by Math ("the App"), a children's educational coloring and math application.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian downloading the App for a child, you accept these Terms on behalf of your child.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) from which you obtained the App.
The App is designed for children ages 4–8, intended to be used under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for their child's use of the App.
All coloring pages, illustrations, audio clips, and other content in the App are the intellectual property of the App publisher. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content except for personal use (e.g., saving and sharing your child's completed coloring art).
The App collects no personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or maintenance, though we intend to continue improving the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
